SM Welch LLC is owned and operated by Scott M. Welch. Scott
was born and raised in East Hartford, previously resided in
Hebron, East Hampton and currently lives in Marlborough,
CT. A graduate of Howell Cheney Technical School in
Manchester, he has obtained his diploma in the field of
Carpentry as well as Blueprint Reading and Design.
After graduating, Scott worked for, and eventually ran his father's companies, Bernie's Roofing and Siding, Incorporated and The Welch Roofing Company until starting his own business. Recent achievements include certifications through The Home Builders Association for Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) and Certified Green Professional (CGP). Proper trade education, over 20 years in the Southern New England home improvement market, combined with a family history of pride in self employment make this remodeling specialist the right choice for nearly everyone. With the continued support of his father Bernie, the Welch family tradition to provide a "commitment to service and dedication to our customers" still stands today.
